What You’ll Need

construction paper
toilet paper tube
googly eyes
pencil
ruler
scissors
glue
marker

What You’ll Do

To get started, print out the PDF template (at the bottom of this post) and cut out the pieces.

Trace the template pieces onto the construction paper and cut them out.

Use a sharp object to carefully poke a hole on either side of the toilet paper tube.

Glue the cut out circles to the top of the rectangular piece of construction paper.

Glue googly eyes on each circle for the crab’s eyes.

Use a marker to draw a mouth and some freckles (optional) on the crab.

Glue the rectangular piece of construction paper to the toilet paper roll.

Slide a small piece of pipe cleaner through the holes you made earlier in the toilet paper roll.

Glue the crab’s claws on the ends of each pipe cleaner.

Take the crab’s walking legs and crease them slightly before gluing them on the bottom of the toilet paper roll.
